On Saturday, they headed to Lake Geneva to compete in the ASA Late Model Series North Division but after running only a few laps in practice, the motor of the #1 car expired, quickly ending the day. Due to the motor problems, Nathan will not be competing in the ASA race on Saturday, May 27th at Madison International Speedway.
Sunday was looking much better for the Wisconsin Challenge Series race at Wisconsin International Raceway in Kaukauna. Nathan qualified 4th and quickly made his way to 2nd place in the race. However, around lap 57 of the 100 laps, for the second time in a weekend, Nathan would lose another motor.
Nathan and the team’s next race will be on Monday, May 29th at Golden Sands Speedway in Plover.
